Fresh Mint Tea

Ingredients:

  • 4 tea bags
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 6 cups water
  • 12 large mint leaves
  • 1 c orange juice
  • 1 c sugar
  • Sprigs of mint
  • Orange slices

Directions:

  1. Put tea bags and mint in 3-quart pitcher, add 3 cups boiling water and steep until cool
  2. Discard bags and mint leaves
  3. Add orange juice, lemon juice and 6 cups water to tea mixture
  4. Stir in sugar until dissolved
  5. Serve over ice, garnish with sprigs of mint and slices of orange
