Mint Cilantro Chutney

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup packed cilantro (stems and leaves)
  • 1 cup packed mint (leaves only)
  • 1 green Serrano chile
  • 1/4 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Blend ingredients to a smooth paste in a blender. Add up to 2 tbsp water, if needed.
  2. Chill, covered, 30 minutes
