Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 4 Medium tomatoes – diced
  • 1/2 cup onion – diced
  • 1/2 cup celery – diced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper – diced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup cilantro – chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh diced or powdered garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix or blend ingredients together. Chill. Keeps up to 2 weeks.
